offenbar e.V.
Participation is a key element of a vibrant democracy. The creative kiosk and the workshops are designed to be easily accessible, reaching people who would not necessarily take part in traditional creative programs.
The project aims to inspire and mobilize citizens by offering opportunities to engage with questions of freedom and community. The offenbar creative kiosk exists in two formats: as a mobile print workshop in public spaces and as workshops offered in the premises of the apparently. The premises of the apparently are only partially accessible.
Through the use of printing techniques, a space is created where individual voices can be expressed and dialogue on important social issues is encouraged. The mobile kiosk functions as a printing workshop in public space and is equipped with materials for activities at events. Techniques include lino printing, material printing, and stamping.
Some workshops that require specific machines and materials are conducted at the association’s premises. These sessions encourage participants to reflect on social coexistence and the idea of a future-oriented society through various printing techniques. Planned formats include workshops in which participants work with the techniques of letterpress printing, linocut printing and creative printing.
