Neue Kollaborationen – Kreativität und KI

The Staatstheater Darmstadt explores in its programme what kinds of stories, images and ideas can emerge from the collaboration between humans and AI. Many experts argue that Artificial Intelligence will transform our world even more profoundly than digitalization has so far.

The project explores how collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence can generate new forms of artistic expression. At its core is the idea of a “human-friendly AI” – a technology grounded in values such as tolerance, human dignity, freedom of expression, and minority protection. Through interdisciplinary cooperation between art, science, and technology, innovative narratives, images, music, and choreographies are created. At the same time, the project offers the public deeper insights into the mechanisms and social impact of AI, fostering transparent, inclusive spaces for dialogue that connect artistic creativity with ethical reflection.
