Moogoo Creative Africa

Moogoo Creative Africa is a fair trade company based in the east of Frankfurt.

At the heart of Moogoos lies a range of African designer furniture and home accessories, created and crafted by designers and artisans in Africa. The products – which are made entirely in Burkina Faso – are creations crafted from wood, iron, bronze and recycled materials, blending the old with the new and creating entirely new forms and functions through the fusion of different materials.

Over the years, Moogoo has specialised in fair trade with crisis-hit regions and war zones. As a result, projects have been launched in recent years with Ukraine (enamel tableware), Palestine (hand-blown glass baubles) and Iran (jewellery inspired by traditional tile art). Moogoo understands itself as a platform for exchange between artists and designers from Africa (primarily) and interested people in Europe.

Moogoo gives you a glimpse of all their collections. The showroom and warehouse cover a total of almost 700 m². There’s plenty to see! You can also make yourself comfortable at the Soli Bar, sitting on designer furniture amidst the art.
