JOP Architekten and Oxygen at work

Form & Flora combines architecture and workplace culture into a holistic room concept, in which plants are thoughtfully integrated into the architectural design to create new spatial qualities. JOP Architekten demonstrates how contemporary working environments can be designed, where design, atmosphere and function come together.

The studio's latest projects and the question of how workspaces can be developed to boost creativity, collaboration and wellbeing is in the focus. A key element is the strategic use of plants in workspaces as well as the development of individual greening concepts, which are implemented in collaboration with their specialist partner Oxygen at Work.

Plants are specifically used as a design element and shape spatial structure, atmosphere and the working environment. This creates flexible, inspiring workplaces with character.

Visitors gain insights into current projects, planning processes and design approaches, and experience how architecture and interior design create a vibrant, contemporary setting.

JOP Architekten is an architecture studio with offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Zurich. They design and realise projects in the office, retail, and residential sectors, accompanying the entire process from conceptual design to implementation. In collaboration with Oxygen at Work, Job Architekten develops concepts that strategically integrate plants into workspaces.
