With its campaign ‘Every Voice Counts,’ the Casals Forum presents chamber music as a model of democratic principles. Chamber music is democratic: without a conductor, the ensemble decides independently on the tempo, dynamics and interpretation of a piece.

Every voice counts equally, there is no hierarchy – the musicians are required to listen to each other and find a common expression through dialogue. This process is based on equality, respect and compromise and is made tangible for the audience in public rehearsals and eight concerts. It is also brought closer to the audience through three keynote speeches, which can also be experienced in the digital space (live streams, reels and picture galleries).

Today, Kronberg Academy is regarded as one of the most important venues for musical encounters, inspiration and training: located in the heart of Europe, it brings together the world's most talented young violinists, violists, cellists and selected young pianists, introducing them to the great artists of our time and thus creating an extraordinary mutual inspiration. In this way, it promotes young talent with the aim of helping them mature into artistic personalities who are aware of their responsibility not only to music but also to society.
