Future Thinking in 2 Stunden: Klarer sehen, besser entscheiden

Anyone striving to develop innovative solutions must engage with the future. Only those who can envision the destination can actively shape the path to get there. This applies to both individuals and organisations. The Future Thinking approach comes in right here.

The purpose of Future Thinking is to apply methods from design and futurology to empower people to explore different possible futures, make them tangible and communicable, and lay the foundations for present-day decisions.

In a two-hour workshop, participants will be introduced to the approach and have the opportunity to try it out straight away - with interactive exercises and immediate practical relevance. They will explore future scenarios, develop concrete visions of tomorrow and identify the course they should set today to achieve a desirable future.

The workshop is particularly aimed at leaders in innovation, strategy and digitalisation who wish to ground and communicate future-oriented decisions more effectively.
