Einfach mitmachen

The ‘Einfach mitmachen’ project aims to develop innovative, low-threshold participation materials that can be used in a variety of participation projects.

The focus is on materials that motivate people to actively participate in shaping their living environment – regardless of their age, origin, language skills or any disabilities they may have. The materials are to be developed as prototypes in close cooperation with specialist partners (e.g. disability associations, experts in child and youth participation) and tested in real participation scenarios in 2026. After the trial phase, feedback from the various participation scenarios will be collected in order to optimise the materials accordingly. The materials developed will be made available for loan via the Citizen Participation Unit and can thus be used permanently in participation formats.
