Come together: Neighborhood Meetup. Outside Your Door. In Your District.

Those who sit together, talk to each other—and those who talk, shape the community. Under this guiding principle, the local creative scene transforms the neighborhood into a vibrant encounter zone. Agencies, creative studios, shops, and restaurants become hosts right outside their own front doors, bringing neighbors, initiatives, and the broader community to the table.

The Principle: Casual & Authentic
No artificial exhibition look, no big stage, no hierarchies: This initiative thrives on its genuine street character and the sum of many small encounters. Tables and chairs set up on the sidewalks around the participating businesses will create long rows—merging many individual stations into one large, shared space. All participants will be easily recognizable by a uniform **WDC badge**.

How It Works
Picnic Style.. Starts at 6pm: The concept is simple—everyone brings their own food and drinks. Flexible Staying: The event is intentionally open-ended. Whether you just drop by for 10 minutes or stay for the entire evening, you are fully part of the experience.

Conversation Prompts: Small conversation starters directly at the tables make it easy to break the ice and talk about our shared living space.

A short 5-minute kickoff welcomes everyone and introduces the idea, followed by a group photo to document the community spirit.

Who Is Invited?
Whether you are a local resident, an employee of a nearby business, a local initiative, part of Wiesbaden’s creative scene, or just a passing pedestrian—everyone is welcome. Stop by, bring some food, and take a seat at our shared table!
