ARTEFAKT DESIGN is an independent, internationally active product design studio based in Darmstadt. They develop distinctive and forward-looking solutions for renowned brands and manufacturers in the bicycle, sanitary and furniture industries. In the exhibition they explore why faucets and bicycles have more in common than one might initially think.

More than 285 design awards stand for the quality and continuity of their work. “SHAPING IDENTITY” captures the studio‘s approach: We shape character, not just surfaces.
