Wie Demokratien bauen: Kultur, Kommune, Kooperation

How do democracies build? Do democracies build? How does one build democratically? Does the ‘demos’ play a part – in shaping the city, the countryside, and the common good? How can we do this together? And how do experienced and emerging figures from the fields of building culture and urban development – with their connections to politics, design and participation – view the challenges and opportunities ahead?

We need to talk! With leading figures from the Federal Foundation for Building Culture, the German Association of Cities, the Chamber of Architects and Town Planners of Hesse, the German Academy for Urban Development and Regional Planning, and planning consultancies.
