Play for Impact

Play for Impact invites you to a games night, open to anyone with an interest in sustainability or impact, broadly defined, who wants to meet new people from the region. You don't need to be a game expert, and you don't need any prior experience. Curiosity is enough.

On 16 September, we play together at the WDC-Hub in the Museum Angewandte Kunst, in two parallel rounds: the 2030 SDGs Game, an experience-based simulation from Japan with real negotiations, and Picnic into the Future, where your group travels into a positive future. You choose your track when you register. Afterwards, both groups come together to share what happened.

You'll leave with a first-hand impression of how play can drive sustainable transformation, and a few new contacts from the region who might just take you further.

The evening is free and the prelude to the Play for Impact side event at the Impact Festival on 24 November.

Play for Impact is a collaboration between Otter & Others, Linie 22, and Leadership Associates . Together, they are building a community that brings together people from sustainability, impact work, and game development, showing how serious games can support organisations and public administrations in their transformation. This evening is held in cooperation with Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt as part of the Frankfurt Business Change Makers programme.
