MMK: Fritz Scholder im TOWER

Inspired by Fritz Scholder’s expressive art and his desire to create alternative representations of Native Americans and indigenous communities, this workshop invites participants to critically examine notions of belonging, visual sovereignty and stereotypes.

We combine reflection with artistic expression: using colours, shapes, collages and short picture stories, we will create our own zines. We will record questions, ideas and expanded narratives. No prior experience is required. Materials will be provided.

Additional costs: The museum admission fee (€8 / concessions €4) is to be paid on the day.
