Familienrat: Demokratie beginnt zu Hause

Democracy does not begin at the ballot box but everywhere we live together and negotiate our needs.

Even within the family, there are many ways to involve children and adolescents in a meaningful and empowering way. In this course, you will learn how to design and introduce a family council.

For children aged 10 to 13, there is the option to register for a corresponding course on February 28, 2026 (Young VHS, course number: 6711-31). This allows for participation as a family, though it is not required.
