Co-Design-Workshops im klinischen Setting
Designinstitut für Gesunde Gestaltung
With this project, the "Designinstitut für Gesunde Gestaltung" wants to contribute to strengthening a more active and empowered patient role in healthcare contexts. The aim of the project is to use creative measures at various levels to a) promote health literacy and b) strengthen medical care on an equal footing. Workshops are being held in various medical settings to identify problem areas and challenges.
In these co-design workshops, different experts meet depending on the clinical setting to jointly identify problem areas, analyse systemic relationships and develop initial solutions. Particular attention is paid to integrating the different perspectives of individual actors in order to develop effective and practical concepts. Depending on the context, perspectives from therapy, administration and patients are incorporated.
The initial aim of the workshops is to identify key starting points and overarching themes for design interventions. Concrete solutions for the specific setting in which the workshop is implemented can also be developed. The results are then further developed within the framework of participatory formats in public spaces. Final project findings are shared with the public and the professional discourse via our podcast, lectures, website and handouts.
The first workshop will take place at the Hamm Clinic in Bad Soden-Salmünster together with medical professionals.
