Healthy Materials Lab – Parsons School of Design
The material exhibition is specifically aimed at architects and interior designers and offers curated added value: inspiration, material knowledge and practical impulses for responsible design.
It vividly illustrates the importance of healthy, innovative and circular building materials for people, the planet and communities. As a consciousness-raising intervention, it shows how we can positively transform our built environment – through tactile and sensory experiences as well as interdisciplinary interventions and dialogues. Building is rethought here as part of a cultural act.
In collaboration with Healthy Materials Lab EU gGmbH and Raumgesichte, the exhibition creates a conceptual bridge between the world of products, architecture and cultural responsibility. It links applied design with social relevance and is complemented by daily workshops during the fair.
In addition, a free online event will take place on 20 May 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CET) with Leila Behjat (Director of Material Ecology) and Alison Mears (Executive Director and Co-Founder, Healthy Materials Lab EU gGmbH).
Venue: Messe Frankfurt, Ambiente, Hall 3.1 B21
Admission only with a valid ticket
