Consequences of Non-Compliance

The Code of Conduct provides guidance and establishes standards. In cases of non-compliance, we rely on dialogue, reflection, and, where necessary, appropriate consequences.

• If someone violates the Code of Conduct, we may initiate discussions or moderation to address the issue.
• Serious breaches may result in concrete consequences, including exclusion from projects or events.
• All participants are encouraged to report incidents or concerns confidentially.
• We reserve the right to terminate collaborations with partners who significantly violate our values.
